What an AI bot sees on your site

• menu as a PDF
• no restaurant data for search engines

Three things to do first

1. Put your menu on the site as text, with prices. Many AI bots read PDFs poorly or not at all.
2. Add structured data (schema Restaurant): name, address, hours, cuisine. Then a machine reads it right.

And for everyone: get into the lists AI reads (Your Little Black Book, Bart's Boekje, iamsterdam, TheFork).
